      Pros

      It's fast paced but the culture is relaxed and informal. We're trusted to get on with our jobs and given autonomy in our roles. Directors are very approachable. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming and it's an exciting product to be working with.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits could be better but it's improved massively in the last couple of years.
