Smartest and friendliest dev team I've ever seen in my career. They let you find your own solution to the problem and don't hesitate to lend a hand if you need some help. Personal growth is highly valued since they let you spend time learning new technologies. The atmosphere is very friendly to the point that you feel like you're part of a family.

Cons

Small office for the size of the company. Office location is in a crowded area so you'll always get stuck in traffic if you drive to work.
