Great team. Fast paced environment with a lot of variety - no day is the same. Opportunity to work with clients to build their capability for people safety and business resilience. Diverse team with many backgrounds and experience, increasing the learning opportunity for staff and clients.
Cons
The fast paced environment is not for everyone. Regions are growing quickly, so there are opportunities for systemising things further to enable the growth.
