Excellent coworkers and an awesome work culture. Management is very flexible and tries to give you as much work life balance as possible. I also like that they are incredibly accommodating on hotel rooms and flights to make your stay while on the job as comfortable as possible. One thing in particular that I enjoyed was that the while at work you only have to worry about focusing on work and when you are at home you just have to think about your personal life. No need to worry about both at the same time like most jobs.
Cons
Working from away from home can be incredibly challenging on your personal life. The first year can be difficult if you come with entry level skills which could limit the kinds of jobs you are qualified for. I regret quitting when I did because the work finally started picking up and if I had stayed things would have been smoother.
