      Pros

      Very stable company, its family owned and hard working dedicated employees are recognized and appreciated. Close to metro as well as down town, very nice office equipped with large lunch room, good gym and even a ping pong table!

      Cons

      If your a honest, hard worker that takes pride in your work there are no Cons. Slackers or clock watchers may feel different!

      Well-established real-estate group with large portfolio of assets in Canada and abroad. Cooperative and supportive environment Indoor parking.

      Cons

      As a family-run company that's been around for a long time, it may seem somewhat formal and traditional compared to younger new-age companies.
