Pros

I enjoyed the fast pace of things when it was busy, as well as the independence being the leader. I liked to share my prior and current restaurant knowledge with the younger staff. We had a good team that would pull together to get tasks completed.

Cons

There were times we were not able to staff enough positions/ people as needed due to the labor costs because we were in California and the $20 minimum wage affected labor negatively. The people that would walk in with huge parties of 20 people or more and not call ahead, then expect their orders to just come out quickly while we were already busy.

Pros

Great first job. Tips make it fun and pay is fair. Always something new to do and meet new people and places as a delivery driver.

Cons

Can be a tad bit stressful during busy times and messing up a pizza/order while on a delivery really sucks (sometimes it's not your fault if you didn't make the pizza).
