This company truly cares about their employees. It is a very fun place to work, and exciting things happen regularly because the business is quickly growing. The environment is relatively laid back and people are happy to be here, but everyone takes their jobs seriously and care about the contribution they make to the business. It's refreshing to work with such a genuine group of people. Side bonus - there is no restriction on hair color, piercings, or tattoos. They want you to "bring yourself to work".
