Pros
High trust environment. Fully flexible working. People centred organisation. It's incredible how they look after their team. 32 hour work week, but paid for 40 hours. Fully remote team, work from home.
Cons
Haven't found any yet! Timezones across the international teams can take some thinking about but it's manageable.

Awesome values. Amazing flexibility and transparency in all aspects of the company. Lots of leave. Great pay and perks.
Cons
Might be a struggle for those who like to see their co-workers in person all the time. They are working on getting a team together more often but it has been hard with the pandemic.
