Pros
I have been working at Runpath full time for 4 months
• Lots of personal development and training opportunities - Management really focus on getting the best out of you. There’s lots of opportunities to grow and develop within the organisation. Good wellbeing support, there’s also community voluntary opportunities.
• Good work life balance with supportive managers – Flexible working practices, opportunities to work from home. From my experience managers are amazing, really understanding and give you lots of autonomy to manage your own workload. Monthly one-to-one catch ups and weekly team meetings are useful.
• Great working environment - People and management are lovely. My team members are delightful. People around the office are generally friendly and approachable. There’s lots of diversity within the office. From what I’ve experienced, morale is high and there seems to be a collaborative fun work environment.
• I’m so glad I started working at Runpath. I enjoy coming in each day and can foresee a long-term future within this organisation.
• Benefits - 30 days of annual leave, flexible hours, free breakfast every morning, free drinks on Fridays.
