      Good that they do engagement survey

      At my old home, they never did engagement surveys at all but just the fact that they do the engagement surveys here, everyone gets excited about it and then our administrator uses what we said in meetings to pick what to work on next is really nice to see

      Cons

      some dept need to work better together but we have come a long way since covid shook us up

      I had to make this review to just say I can't believe how connected you get to the Residents, I've never had a job like this before where you really end up caring for the people you are serving like it's your own parents. Working in a LTC home has been great, and I'm glad the rest of the team feels the same.

      Pros

      Because of the open door policy and team being pretty open to teaching, I like it here. I have my preceptor, yes, but others are good for answering any questions. Good environment.

      Cons

      Union advocacy should be better, we pay dues and I expect to get more out of it from the union stewards
