The Senior Leadership team is by far the most amazing, compassionate and hard working team I have every worked with/for. Employees are treated with dignity and respect and dignity and the flexibility is like no other.

Cons

The only cons that I have are that some employees truly don't appreciate what this organization is doing for not only the community and the population they serve but what it also does for its employees.

Very good working environment for any age!

Cons

Only con to this job was the office block as it was quiet cramped but I believe they have renovated and extended since.
