      Your opinion matters at SBT and there is plenty of changes to get heard. The small development team is open-minded and welcomes new ideas. Your idea can turn into a product feature in a single day. Our company culture is friendly and informal—the small ten-man team all each lunch together every day.

      Cons

      We move fast to stay on the cutting edge. The bar is set high and we expect top-quality engineering. You must be willing to learn new technologies and have an interest for the state-of-the-art.
