-Its only of 12 months and its difficult to show any tangible change within a year -Although working hours are fixed (9am-6pm), you might have to work for some extra time. -You might have to travel alot.

-You will learn about governance structure and how they work. -Will get a chance to work both with the top bureaucrats of a parliamentary constituency and at the grassroots level -Self development is great -A great chance to learn how our elected representative works at the ground
