Pros

None, zero, zilch. Company is one of the wrst places I have worked. All the staff are depressed.

Cons

Everyone is on minimal wage, unless you are on a really old contract. The company is run by a group of people who have never printed or working within a printing company so the company and it's produces are mess. Minimal support from managers and supervisors and around 3-8 staff a week leave or get sacked for silly reasons.

Pros

Learn good printing skills, free fruit (cheap small fruit), great canteen cook, solid hours, uniform

Cons

Robotic work, can be doing the same movement for 8 hours a day. You're a skilled worker but paid basically minimum wage, even the staff who have been there years are only on 50p more an hour. Shift leaders have no idea what they're doing and will speak to you like you're a child. There is a bonus scheme but the targets are so unachievable you will never see it. Staff fired for stupid things.
