Pros

Leadership is always willing to listen, learn and roll up their sleeves, abundant PTO time and lots of great company events.

Cons

Required to be in office 4 days (a con if you prefer remote work only) and growth opportunities are not as abundant as in a large agency.

Amazing Company To Work For

Pros

SSDM is an awesome place to work not only because of the impactful clients we get to work with but also because of the fantastic company culture and leadership's willingness to educate/work with the employees. I have never worked at a company where I am so comfortable going to leadership with questiions/concerns.

Cons

The systems/processes (just like any company) are unique to SSDM, so it takes some getting used to. Truly, though, there is so much support that it really isn't a con.
