- Interesting, heavily process based Creative Direction - Diverse exposure to series and custom fabrication - Incredibly talented staff and partners that are close knit, dedicated, and helpful - High level of responsibility and trust granted with guidance when you need it - High potential to impact success and elicit change - Sense of value and respect - Real appreciation of and desire to make things that are different, cool, and beautiful

Exposure to variety of interesting design build projects. Oppourtunity to play key roles in project execution. Great for portfolio. High level work. Mentorship is involved.
Cons
Management can be a bit hard on designers. Long hours.
