      Friendly, collaborative team culture - people are genuinely supportive and approachable and want you do to your best. Good opportunities to learn, especially if you’re proactive/curious and want to develop skills and experience Interesting client work and a fast-paced environment that keeps things engaging Most leadership feels visible and approachable. Genuinely care about their people & wellbeing - team socials, all hands events, snack trolleys, flexible working, excellent holidays & health packages, a fab staff engagement society (so there is something for everyone!) plus fun office touches like monthly breakfasts and step challenges etc

      Like many MarTech companies, processes can still be evolving which can sometimes lead to a bit of ambiguity and lots of changes to keep up with There are several layers of hierarchy, so decision-making can sometimes feel a little removed from day-to-day teams. That said, it does mean there’s support available and shared ownership when challenges arise
