      Small nonprofit, attentive leadership, impactful work, interesting job descriptions, competitive benefits, opportunities for staff development, manageable caseloads, financially stable organization.

      Cons

      Low pay as expected in nonprofits, evening and weekend hours are sometimes required, travel from different sites sometimes required, not many opportunities to move up because it is a small nonprofit.
