      Working with Scalability Experts for long 10+ years as a Sr. Project Manager. Mentioning here as a pros like - Work Life balance, Work Flexibility, Handling Big international Clients which gives great work knowledge, work culture is really great. team bonding good. teams working together from different countries like Australia, India, USA to achieve same goal.

      Cons

      Nothing as of now. Still need to mention Canteen in office premises . the food is good but costly and not having many option.

Team building really good which help to close the clients all across the globe. Pay is good compare to market competitors.

      Nothing to mention as con but still Canteen food is bit costly and less availability of options. No reserved Parking area for employees.

      work culture is good. work flexibility is there. during covid all working employees are working from home since last 2 years. Team work and team bond is really good. which ultimately gives more knowledge and helps to complete projects on time. My reporting manager is really helpful who always encourages to take lead and complete the projects on time. company has huge client base all across the globe which gives great work knowledge experience.

      Cons

      Office canteen is bit costly and having very les options. we don't have reserved parking facility which is bit side. everyday you need to invest 5-10 min to find parking place for your vehicle.
