Pros
If C-Suite likes you, you will get good projects and lots of raises. If you like mountain biking and skiing, you'll fit right in. Decent benefits. Low stress and normal hours
Cons
Hard to tell what C-Suite expects. However you can get a pretty good hint at how they feel based on your salary. A couple good bumps a year = good. 1 little bump a year = bad. Pretty flat company, so there aren't progression milestones. This can be a pro if you don't care about that, as long as you are getting good raises. Basically, I would try to meet as many people as possible before hand and make sure you really like them, especially CEO, because their view of you will determine your experience.
