      Innovative company that has experienced a lot of growth in the past year, one of the best teams I've worked in with many smart and hardworking people to learn from, challenging work and room for individual growth and development, great benefits including unlimited vacation, company genuinely cares about borrowers and wants to make a change in the industry

      No cons really, it is hard to hire for such rapid growth but management puts a lot of time and effort into hiring
