      Opportunity to grow and develop in your subject matter expertise Entrepreneurial Environment Empowered to make things happen Fast-paced and intensive learning Excellent benefits Open door access at all levels of the organization

      Cons

      Infrastructure didn't always keep up with the pace of growth; For some who came to work for Scrypt, in my opinion, the pace of growth and the demands of the job were too much to handle; unfortunately, upon exit from the company, this resulted in a couple of rare negative reviews.

      Pros

      Great work/family balance. Has a small family culture with lots of diversity. Never felt out of place or looked down upon by anyone, even upper management.

      Pros

      Everyone who works here wants to be here and truly cares about the success of this company. The flexibility from management and the company culture is second to none. I've never experienced a team work this hard to help each other out! Management is very reasonable on your work load and will bend over backwards to keep you happy if you ask for help!

      The company is currently going through some tough changes, but everyone has a positive attitude!
