      Friendly management. The company goals and objectives are clear and the mood is positive. Direct deposit, Not all security guard companies offer this. The pay meets or exceeds the industry standard.

      Plenty of opportunity and Incentives. A great management and office staff. There are plenty of programs to enhance your security training to better yourselves.

      If you don’t take advantage of the opportunities presented to you as an employee. If you don’t commit yourself to a job like this your only hindering your opportunities.
