      Pros

      SIG is one of the largest auto and commercial insurance agencies in central Florida. They have been a great company to work with. Managers are very understanding when it comes to the employees. Work places are clean and the environment is very friendly. I'll never leave my position.

      Cons

      Most of the clientele speaks Spanish so you should learn the language to work at this establishment. Not really a con because you get to learn a second language if you don't speak Spanish.

      I've been working for Select Insurance Group for almost 4 years , It's a very friendly environment . I enjoy all of my coworkers and my boss is amazing. Great pay and very great hours . Long term career opportunities. Plenty of room to learn and grow.

      Cons

      There are NO cons It's perfect in my opinion.
