Pros

Semarchy is a place where you really feel valued. Leadership is approachable and cares about people, which sets the tone for the whole company. Work-life balance is great with the flexibility of being fully remote and having unlimited PTO. The culture encourages innovation and ownership. You're trusted to do your job and given the freedom to figure out the best way for you to get there. Collaboration between teams has been great and even though we're global and remote, there's a real sense of community and importance placed on employee well-being. Semarchy also invests in tools and resources that make our jobs easier. The work feels meaningful, the teams are kind, and the environment overall feels healthy.

Cons

As we're very much in a growth phase, we experience some expected growing pains. Because we're growing so quickly, prioritization of projects can sometimes be tricky and processes are still being built out. Things move fast, and sometimes we have to pivot or figure things out without a set playbook. For me, that's part of the excitement and it keeps my work energizing and never boring. However, if you're someone that wants highly defined processes and lots of structure or a slower pace it might not be the best fit. You need to be willing and able to work hard, but trust that hard work and dedication will pay off.
