Pros
Very long history of making aircraft parts for more than 40 yrs is nothing can achieve easily. The Trans Digm company has really good benefits that not only covers you but your family and even your pet!
Cons
The corporate office, asking for more and more turn-over each year that somehow looks unrealistic. The company suffering from tool little employee to support the production then everybody is under intense pressure. Recent layoffs and cutting headcounts turning the business down.

Pros
The core group of operators has been there for a LONG time. They stick together and know what it takes to get products out the door. The assemblers and technicians really care about getting the job done right and are very knowledgeable.
Cons
Employees are in fear of losing their jobs. Mergers & Globalization is the biggest threat to this division. The employees that have been there for over 10 years have seen the direction that the company has gone (down). They have contributed their time and effort to make a difference but feel discouraged based on the reciprocated appreciation (salaries, resources, group leadership)
