Pros

This is a great company to work for. The management, and employees are task and goal oriented. Outstanding company to start a career in the security industry. Weekly hours are good.

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Lower end pay scale. Private contracts don't come up as often as I would like. You don't always get the first choice assignments right away.

Management is so stupid and illiterate. They always behind negative money and won’t pay you until you will go to court.

If you have a self respect than this company is not for you.
