Consistent hours, friendly environment, small business so everybody knows everybody.
Cons
Terrible health insurance, no 401K match, and you will do the job of 3 people so that you’re a “team player”. Management is very cliquey so if you aren’t part of the in crowd you may get labeled as “difficult”. Management will also play favorites with their employees and won’t do anything if you confront them on it. There are some great people there, but unfortunately that doesn’t outweigh the stressful environment.
