      Making money off of other people's hard work with no benefit to the employee

      Pros

      You can make maybe $80/month without doing your own bidding. In fact, you can't advertise in any way. I have a complete 5-star rating and I don't get any more business than that.

      Cons

      $80/month represents minimum wage at best because Servicescape takes HALF your earnings. Furthermore, these are piddly $6 projects. You are required to do "samples," which is generally people asking you to do their entire project for free.

      I'm sorry you are having a difficult time with our platform. I would strongly recommend that you increase your prices so that your compensation is satisfactory. Also, you can decline free sample requests or provide a partial free sample edit. It is entirely up to you. Revenue is split 50/50 and we reinvest our 50% into promoting your services using a wide variety of marketing initiatives.       The freedom to create without a set schedule, easy communication with management, professional approach and consistent improvements in the technology/CMS

      I can think of none at all.
