Pros
SharePoint is a great place to work. Management really does care about their staff, and tries to support them to the best of their ability.
Everyone is friendly to one another, and helps out wherever they can!
SharePoint is making great strides at increasing engagement from the employees and listening to what everyone has to say.
SharePoint offers good benefits, fair pay, and most managers are willing to be flexible in scheduling if needed.
Cons
No company is perfect; all workplaces have room for improvement!
