Management for the company is very misaligned. This company was better 2 years ago before the new General Manager came in. Fired much needed people, have not replaced the personnel and just expect you to pick up the grunt work. They do not give raises - without much negotiation. You can’t grow in this company as the leadership is spread too thin.

-Favoritism, ideal employee will always be recognized and praised -Employees that do not fit the mold of their ideal employee do get treated well -Blame and gaslighting, no accountability from management -Feedback is weaponized against employee -There is no job security, an employee can be fired at any time without notice
