      Pros

      Product is easy to understand and sells itself. The team is very intentional about how to keep improving and meeting business goals. My responsibility increases each month - the company is very meritocratic.

      Cons

      Work a lot more than 40 hours per week.

      Small company- get to perform lots of different tasks Early stage- company is constantly evolving, every day is a learning opportunity

      *personal issue (may not apply to other employees)* - given fast paced nature, i'm not sure that I am ever PERFECTING a skill rather than moving onto learning a new one.
