      Pros

      People are great to work with. People are respectful to you and great to have them as friends outside of work. Salary is paid in USD and is decided for starting positions as the equivalent of 25~30k EGP. Salary does not change much / at all with promotions. Working hours are flexible in general.

      Cons

      Specific persons are a pain to work with and you will know them easily if you are in the Engineering team. Watch out for HR, lazy in their job and not so competent.
