The only cons are the ones that low-performing employees create for themselves, and thankfully they are easily weeded out among the incredible team of individuals at Sign Zone.

Great work enviornment/atmosphere. Competitive entry level pay, and lots of room to advance. Lots of fun team building activities including training.
