- People who care about building a meaningful organization that makes an impact on clients and their end users - Interesting projects ranging from hardware security, to social networks for high profile artists, to healthcare applications that literally save lives. The diversity of work provides constant challenge and keeps things new and exciting - Well led company that provides the right balance of structure to have clear direction and autonomy to grow in responsibility
Cons
- Software consulting means tackling new and challenging problems. You can't just settle into one thing. You'll be challenge with new places to push the bound every project. - Merit based. People work hard and definitely busy seasons followed by good balance and time off. You want to be ready to work with the ebb and flow - Fully remote. The team is close, but it takes extra effort and proactivity to build relationships over the web. However, people are welcoming and the proactivity pays off in meaningful relationships in both the professional and outside of work setting

- Flexibility comes with high accountability - You need to be proactive about getting support, but have lots of it when you are proactive about seeking it
