Pros
Management at Simone's really values both their employees and their customers. They pour heavily into training employees and hold them to high standards of safety. They also invest in building team spirit through company getaways like hikes or picnics. All in all, it was a great experience working there!
Cons
The only real con that I can think of is that it is still the food industry, so if you're not interested in working in that field, it may not be the best job for you.
