I joined Simplion India as Senior Associate in Nov 2012 and left Simplion on April 2015 as Lead Associate. My skill set was limited to basic java - j2ee at the time of joining Simplion. But by the time I learnt in depth salesforce, many UI/javascript framework like bootstrap, foundation, angular and many interesting tips and tricks about a product development. I feel these 3 year(almost) was good phase of learning, good pay and recognition. Almost received 8 award including employee of the year. Feeling good that I was part of this good organisation/buddy/friends.

Cons

Recreational activities are comparatively less.
