Cons
Some occasional long hours of work, but we were compensated for it

Small staff, team atmosphere, lots of responsibility on a wide range of impactful projects, work with the best of the best, opportunity to grow and rapidly build skills.
Cons
A fast-paced environment with high expectation -- not a "con" unless you'd rather do menial or less-challenging work.
