Pros
Since it is a small organization with less than 50 full time staff, you feel closer to others. Very nice place to work there if you are able to get in. Great location with tonnes of food trucks right downstairs.
Cons
Although it's not technically a government body, but it shares certain traits such as slow in reacting to existing problems and making improvements to it
