      Pros

      Culture. The company wants to have a culture of teamwork and a great place to work. They want to look out for each other and provide the best environment possible.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is not enough resources/manpower to get projects done. sometimes management or engineers are stretched thin and cannot provide adequate support.

      Pros

      Friendly people, lots of smiles. Big break area, nice outdoor patio space for lunch. Big fridges and lots of microwaves which is good, since no eateries are in walking distance. Cool projects to work on. Management is appreciative. Free parking.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to get people's time to brainstorm or review projects since everyone is so busy.
