      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, best supervisor, great team & coworkers. They really care about you. I would go back to work for them in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      Dependent on highs and lows of petroleum industry. Could have done more cross-training, even between departments. I could use some of that training/skills now that I've been laid off due to lack of work.
