Pros

leadership cares about its employees and the team is super close, like legit friends. dog friendly. Very wfh friendly but has a great office if needed.

Cons

Still a startup and need more benefits like 401 matching

Pros

Independence. I don't have anyone breathing down my neck or forcing me to be anywhere. I get to choose my own schedule and sometimes I don't go into the office for weeks. But then the other side is the team is super tight knit and close. We chat all time and help each other out. Jake picked a really great team. Also the studios have been something that my clients have felt are a good perk.

Cons

It can feel like a bit of a startup sometimes... you know. Not as much infrastructure as bigger companies. They don't have a 401K match for example. Sometimes things can get scattered (but it does always continually improve).

A large amount of turn over chased a change in culture. It went from a very family like environment to people being quite a lot more standoff-ish no 401k match A lot of disorganization in company wide operations Upper management seems to lack direction
