      Pros

      Woodworking environment is more laid back. Facility is relatively clean and well maintained. Friendly co-workers

      Cons

      Use of temps leaves new employees guessing. Business was slow and often had little to do. Little supervision in some jobs.

      Pros

      Great hours. Start early (6:30am) and get off at 3:00pm, with no weekends (except on special circumstances to meet quotas, in which case you can rack up some overtime).

      Cons

      Extremely hot warehouse with no A/C in summertime. Lots of sawdust, so you can't have allergies. Very loud work environment. Lots of heavy lifting and sweating. Must use dangerous power tools and saws, so there's always a risk with those.
