I have a list: 1) The bosses are friendly. Actually, they don't behave like a boss ( Until you make them one ) 2) Learn a lot if you keep questioning 3) Professional 4) Freshers are literally baby sit sometimes ( Which is awful actually )
Cons
I have a list here too :) 1) Salary issues. There is no timely salary 2) Zero management. There is nothing like a system. 3) Rules keep changing every single day. 4) Some old employees are given extra leverage
