Strong culture: everyone is friendly and hardworking. Good corporate strategy: have been able to adjust to the market; they made the transition from just a lighting company to a full-service ESCO.

Cons

Sometimes a heavy workload due to company growth and the project-based nature of the work. Frustrating to put a lot of work into projects that end up not being sold.
