Pros
The Smartboost team was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very supportive and passionate about digital marketing. I learnt a lot from my co-workers and loved the constant exchange of ideas between team members. I enjoyed winning the office ping pong tournaments, Friday lunches, and coffee machine. All around great place to work, with good benefits.

Sometimes the coffee machine didn't have the flavor I wanted

Pros
There is a lot of room for growth and innovation at smartboost because we are a small company. This also means that anyone can bring ideas to the table and we are just getting started on some exciting things for clients.
Cons
Things are always changing so you have to wear multiple hats all the time. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it only works for a certain type of employee. Successful team members are adaptive and willing to roll with the punches
