      Pros

      We learn new task and get knowledge about then. To learn task we get proper time so that we don't make any mistakes. Reviewer is helpful if we face any problems in task or other things.

      Cons

      In few task, the norms are little high to achieve in time. And the increment is too low as per our hard work.
