Company lives their mission statement and guiding principles. The employees care for one another. There are new challenges daily and co-workers are asked to support the culture of helpfulness. Mid-sized company with global reach that is a lot of fun. Under family ownership and leadership.

Cons

In growth phase... company is sorting out best way forward. Decisions are carefully considered and, as a result, sometimes more time-consuming than needed.

Highly engaging, thought promoting environment. Everyone tries to take in the whole picture and think outside of the box. There is a strong sense of commitment to tasks and a positive energy here.
