Work life balance is poor, changes policies every year , Work pressure, 30% of your salary is Variable, due to change in policies it is hard to get the 30% variable pay and bonu.

Great management, respectful, communicative. Values-driven and one of the best companies I ever worked for. People care about each other and this is led from the very top. Company setup Spectris Foundation giving back to the community.

Cons

Sometimes can be difficult working with Operating Companies, although this is improving with new presidents.
