Pros
For the production I was put on, it was probably the best start I could ask for getting into the animation industry. There was a bootcamp for new employee to get used to production and the rigs we would be working on. The supervisors and head of productions are all very welcoming and friendly, and have made it a more than amazing place to work at.
Cons
Some of the other productions seemed a bit more unorganized from what I heard from other employees there. Plus, there is a lack of future productions within the studio, so have security within Sphere isn't guaranteed (but that comes with any studio you work for, just more likely with this one)
